Rich Casino - Impossible to withdraw my winnings?

I am writing in regards to an amount owed to me by Rich Casino. I have tried to contact them with answers or as to why they are neglecting to pay me. My balance says $800.16. My cash says $800.16. My bonus says $0.00. I have tried to withdrawal $800 but to no prevail. I have asked for imformation regarding as to why they wont pay me but im not getting nothing out of them. It almost seems that the bloke sending the emails is pocketing the money and trying to make me beleive that the money was invalid. If you could look into the matter it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

We have checked your account and we noticed that you already played the Sign-Up bonus. After the Sign-Up Bonus was played, you have claimed two more free bonuses.
