Delayed payout AGAIN. First account needed to go through review/verification. This was told 1 weeks post request and multiple reversals of withdrawal requests, none of which was corresponded to me.
Then they lost my cc form that I had used for last withdrawal (also took numerous week's/into months) . Then I received email congratulating me as the verification will be completed tomorrow and my withdrawal will be approved. That was 05/05/2019.
Upon contact again yesterday, they informed me that my account us still in verification stage and due for review again on the 8th May. ....... still not paid or any closer to resolving this continuos nightmare.
Lesson learned this time round.
