My account was closed for no reason. They are not responding to any of my emails. I transferred R19000 into there account over the last week to play in a tournament. I am currently leading the tournament which I have been playing over past 9 days. It’s taken a lot of time and money to get to this point. Now they cancel my account with 5 days remaining. I feel this is completely unfair as I have not broken any rules or regulations. They cannot give me a reason for closure of my account. How do I get back the money I put in? Please assist urgently.
