Account disabled after making a withdrawal
My account was disabled after I requested a withdrawal. I have been playing this casino for a year now love the games and the site till this happened. I got all my correct documents approved. I don't know what the problem is no response about the withdrawal. its been weeks now. The site has no problem taking the money no verification needed just your credit card or debit card information, but when you want to withdrawal it is a process that takes a few times to even try to get an withdrawal.
I feel when I made the withdrawal I was told my account couldn't log in the site was in maintenance for over two days but my friend who has an account and others I know had no problem logging in.. I feel as I have seen on other review sites that Rich Casino closes accounts when players request their withdrawal.
I hope I am wrong and it is just a delay in my winnings being deposited. I have sent emails with no response so I am writing here to get help to get my winnings of $3,194.00 in a wire transfer which I provided the correct information. If this is not rectified I will have to make other inquires and feel this site is not a good place for myself and others to put there money into and not get my withdrawal.
