Unable to withdraw funds for days

Not able to withdraw funds.

Withdraws got delayed for 5 days after the 3 business day "time period" it would take - due to "payment processing" the casino is saying.

So I tried to cancel and try another payout method. Now I cannot even withdraw anything with any method.

Talked to live chat. They said I would recieve an email from the technical department about now - nothing yet. Only emails that say I am canceling these withdrawals.

Problems with withdraw request

Hello, My name is < first name removed >, I'm writing to you cause I have problems withdrawing my winnings.

I have won on normal deposit, without bonuses used, around 1000 euros. I made a request to withdraw 500 euros last Sunday 31.05.2026 at 8:29 in the evening.

Policy of this casino states, that they fulfil requests within 72 hours. I have waited and waited, after 3 or 4 days I've contacted their support, they assured me everything was ok, that they have high volume and that I just need to be a bit more patient and I will get my winnings.

BTW I've followed their guideline and used same card (payment method) I've used to deposit for withdraw.

Tonight, I was surprised by an email that my request had been cancelled and my funds are just sitting in Casino Balance.

I've contacted support about it, they brushed me off with generic answers like "Oh we are sorry, there may be problem with cache and cookies, try clearing those and then request again" which is totally irrelevant to the request for withdraw.

After I have pointed out that there is no logic in that, they "kindly" told me they will do Manual withdraw request. Whatever that means.

I have triple-checked that there is no further verification needed for my account. (providing a screenshot).

I have triple-checked that I wasn't using some bonus that they give.

I am providing all information I have, including screenshots from my account and email that they have sent to me.

As of now that I am writing this to you 06.06.2026 01:41 funds sit in casino balance. I am hopeless and afraid I will get scammed out of my winnings. Please help me with this. Let me know if you need anything else from me I will be more than happy to provide.

I am so frustrated by their support cause they do not even read what I am writing to them, avoiding questions and just posting generic answers. I just wish to get my winnings, not else.

Description of the issue:


I am submitting this complaint regarding excessive and unexplained delays in processing my withdrawal requests.


I currently have three pending withdrawals of €500 each via bank transfer, for a total of €1,500. The withdrawal requests were submitted on the following dates:


* Withdrawal ID: 75fe9fb3-0862-45c8-b62b-bc196fc9dff8 – requested on 20/05/2026 (14 days pending)

* Withdrawal ID: e7f11d6a-ccb4-4c9e-9151-1e70777e8d5f – requested on 22/05/2026 (12 days pending)

* Withdrawal ID: 012edec1-5035-4757-a9ba-5cb8bf302c28 – requested on 23/05/2026 (11 days pending)


All three withdrawals remain pending despite repeated contact with customer support.


My account is fully verified. The casino has confirmed via email that my verification is complete and that no additional documentation is required. I have retained copies of these communications and can provide them upon request.


There are no active wagering requirements on my account. My winnings were obtained through normal gameplay, and I possess complete records of my deposits, bets, wins, and transaction history.


During the past two weeks, I have contacted customer support numerous times. Every response has been essentially identical: I am told that withdrawals are being prioritized, that the casino is experiencing withdrawal delays due to high volume, and that I should continue waiting. However, no meaningful update or timeframe has ever been provided.


What concerns me further is that another player known to me, who plays at the same casino and has a similar account level, received a withdrawal within approximately one day during the same period that my withdrawals have remained pending. This suggests that withdrawals are still being processed, but mine continue to be delayed without explanation.


In addition to the €1,500 currently pending, I have approximately €15,500 remaining in my account balance that I intend to withdraw once the pending withdrawals are processed. At the current pace, it could take an unreasonable amount of time to receive my legitimate winnings.


I have complied with all casino requirements, my account is verified, and no issues have been raised regarding my gameplay or withdrawal eligibility. Therefore, I respectfully request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and assist in obtaining the processing and payment of my pending withdrawals.

Hello AskGamblers Team,


My name is < full name removed >, and I am submitting a complaint regarding my withdrawal from Revolution Casino (Curacao license).

I won a total of €11,933.60 on Revolution Casino. To release this amount, I played a bonus of €1,400 on a €20 initial deposit, fulfilling all bonus requirements according to the casino rules. After completing the bonus, my remaining balance of €11,933.60 became available for withdrawal.

On Friday, 16/01/2026 at 09:00 AM, I submitted my first withdrawal request of €500 (Transaction ID: c861a710-1be7-4386-b583-0c4d7b06a7f0), which is the maximum daily withdrawal allowed for my player level (Level 1). According to the casino’s terms and conditions (Clause 6.15), withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.


As of today, 22/01/2026, my withdrawal is still marked as “under review”. I have contacted Revolution Casino multiple times via email and live chat:

• Chat agents stated that the withdrawal had been “sent from their side”

• Email support said the withdrawal is still “being reviewed by the Finance Department”


These statements are contradictory, and the funds have not been credited to my account.


I have fully complied with all rules:

• I am a new player (Level 1)

• I have not exceeded daily (€500) or monthly (€7,000) withdrawal limits

• I have not used VPNs or broken any terms

• My account is fully verified


I have also read all available reviews and complaints about Revolution Casino and noticed many players have experienced problems with withdrawals. I am now facing a similar issue and I am asking for your help and guidance to recover my legitimate winnings of €11,933.60, starting with the pending €500.

I can provide all email correspondence and chat transcripts if required.
