I currently have three pending withdrawals that have been pending for 5 business days. My account is fully verified.
I’ve reached out to customer support, but they’ve only informed me that there is a delay, and the status has not been updated at all.
According to their terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed *within* 3 business days.
Also, since the maximum number of active withdrawals allowed is three, I’m unable to submit any further requests, which is only adding to the delay.
Could you please provide me with an update on when I can expect these withdrawals to be processed? I would like to keep this thread open until all withdrawals are successfully completed.
