Casino Sieger - Refusing to pay with absurd reason

Casino Sieger refuses to pay me the balance of my account at 464 euros. I registered there on August 15. On the account I had 1164 euros. On August 21, I ordered a payment of 700 euros. I made a deposit through Scrill. In the Sieger casino, only payment to a bank account is available. They wrote to me 2 times that the money was sent to my bank account and both times the money did not reach. In the end, on 01.10.2017 they sent me my 700 euros for Scrill. After that, I ordered the payment of the balance of the account at 464 euros. After 3-4 days they blocked my account without a preliminary letter. When I wrote a chat to them, they told me that they decided not to serve the residents of my country, Armenia. And according to their licensing rules they will not pay me the balance of my account. They said that they paid me the amount of my deposit, and they will not pay any more. I played there before they refused clients from my country and after August 15 I did not play with them. It turns out that they can at any time abandon the players of one of the countries and on this basis can no longer pay these players their money. I did not use their services after they changed their rules, so I disagreed with these rules. Below are the screenshots of my account, and correspondence with the employees of the Casino Sieger.

This complaint has been reopened as per Casino Sieger request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
