My winnings are from July 26, $500, and I received confirmation that this would be paid in 48 hour. It’s the 8th business day later and still no payment. I chatted online with Customer Service on August 2 and was told it can take 5 business days and I should receive payment soon. They acknowledged my email two days ago and still have not contacted me.
