Signed up with No deposit bonus and played though there crazy limitations and had the max $100 withdrawal allowed in my balance. I chatted with them and they said I can withdraw it. I proceeded to request a check for $100 and keep in mind I had already sent in my documents to verify myself (drivers licence and proof of mailing) They verified they received it. I see the check on 7/6/2017 was processed and today 7/13/2017 it was put back into my balance. I keep getting the run around with this company. I shouldn't of recommended it to my friends.

I'm sorry for only just getting back to you now.
You should have no problem clearing the check, so long as your bank is proficient with foreign transactions (and is not a credit union).

I guess I have received a check today for $100.01 however I want to keep this complaint open to verify it will clear. I have attempted to cash and my primary bank and they have refused to do so. Once it clears I will return to close complaint. Thank you ask gamblers!

Thank you for the reply, I was told recently when I contacted support that now I have multiple accounts. But I asked for any information and the representative refused. Surely a casino of your stature has some way of tracking IP address's to verify that I made several accounts. Since I keep contacting your casino I am told to "make a deposit" And we'll give you your $100, Per the terms of the bonus its a "no deposit bonus" so I shouldn't be required to make a deposit to get this $100.
