Stalling payment for several months now!

10/15/16 I requested $1,000 withdrawal and 12/31/16 I requested $800 withdrawal. Was told it would take 15-20 days. As you can see it is almost the end of February which means nearly 5 months delayed payment. The first time I inquired, I was told I would receive my payout by the new year. Now everytime I inquire about what is delaying my payment, I get the same answer every single time. "First, we are really sorry for your delayed payout. I have checked your payout with our Payouts Team, and the update is, we are trying to finish all the payouts the we currently have right now. Again, once your tracking number is available, you will be notified immediately." This is extremely frustrating.

I have made a payout request for $2000 on 3/29/2016 and I have not received the check yet. Yes, it is already more than 2 months. Everytime I contact them, the only answer I got is " I am so sorry for the delay. We will let you know the tracking once it is available". What a shame.
