Good afternoon, please help me solve the problem with the casino. I found a casino on Google where it says that the casino is without verification. I registered on December 29 and made a deposit of $ 400 in cryptocurrency. After that I played in the casino and made 4 bets on FIFA, even or odd. When the account had $ 1,338, I ordered all the money. For several days they said in the chat that they would pay soon and eventually asked to pass verification, I sent my passport and confirmed the address, sent them 5 documents confirming the address, after which they asked to pass verification level 3, confirm where the money came from. I told them that I am engaged in bitcoin mining and also bet on other bookmakers. I do not work for the company and do not use Ukrainian banks. I sent them screenshots of the Binance pool mining, where I mine bitcoin, I also said that I can provide a huge number of winning bets from other bookmakers, I can even show everything on Skype video. But they want documents that I don't have and can't have, I explained that I don't work for the company, they don't care, they said that they will close my account within 24 hours. Why should I work for the company when I play in a casino, in their opinion? They don't want to give me my winnings and that's why they ask for documents that I don't have. People, avoid this casino, they are scammers and will take all your money that is in your account.

Thank you to the Askgamblers team for re-opening this complaint for us. We were unfortunately unaware of the complaint at the time of it's original posting.

This particular case originally raised suspicion as our sportsbook provider flagged his bets as arbitrage. Following this, Level 1-3 KYC was requested from the player. It is important to note that it is impossible to create a player account without accepting our Terms and Conditions of which states -

"10.10 You are subject to our KYC procedure in addition to the terms and conditions hereof. You shall provide accurate and updated information concerning your name, age , personal details , residence and any other relevant item, at all times. We reserve the right to void any bets and/or winnings, and report to the relevant regulator in the event that we suspect any type of misinformation on your part."

Whilst Cryptocurrency Mining is a source of funds - the proof cannot be via a screenshot as it is impossible for our compliance team to connect it to the individual's person details that had been previously upload.

I'd like to invite the user to upload a Source of Funds document that meets our compliance standards. The document must follow these guide lines -

- Please upload an original photo or a PDF file of the documents, screenshots will not be accepted

- All documents must be issued within the last 6 months and need to be in Latin international format

- Shows your full name and address

- Shows the name of issuing entity and date of issue

- The whole sheet of paper is visible in the photo

Upon the successful uploading of the document. We will be more than happy to provide the withdrawal.
