I am the first time user at rajabets, I have submitted all required documents pancard and my selfie with date and idcard but not verified since last 7 days, I try to contact email support no response, so i kindly request to your intervene to solve the issue.

I deposited Rs11000 on 31/12/2025 at 12:09 PM IST. But my amount is not credited yet. When I ask agent about this, they always say wait for 4-5 hours. They are making me fool even I am their diamond 3 player.

So I request you kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

I made a deposit of ₹10,000 via Paytm UPI on June 11, 2025. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm-linked bank account, and the UPI transaction was marked as successful. According to both Paytm and my bank, the payment was successfully credited to the beneficiary UPI ID provided by Rajbet’s payment system.

However, the amount was not credited to my Rajbet Casino account. I contacted Rajbet’s support team, but they claim that the payment was not received on their end.

I also raised complaints with both Paytm and my bank, and both have confirmed that the money was successfully received by the recipient account. I have a screenshot of the transaction as proof.

Request:

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue. The funds were clearly transferred and received, and the issue appears to be on the casino’s side or their payment processor. I would appreciate your help in ensuring my ₹10,000 is either credited to my account or refunded.

Please let me know if you need any documents, including screenshots or bank statements, to support this complaint.

I deposited in Rajbet casino, money was already debited from my account but still my deposit not reflecting in my account.

So I contact customer support they told me to wait for 30 mins. After 30 mins still the money not added to my account so again I contact them now they told me to wait 4 hours.

After 4 hours still the money not added, again I ask them still they saying wait for more 4-5 hours.

Like this they just passing the time they not Ready to give the money. I attached my deposit receipt.

Regarding my deposit balance not added by Rajbet casino transaction is successful but balance not added in account.

2 days completed but still balance not added. I also talk with Rajbet customer care but they can't help me.

I provide them payment screen shot with all the details. Please help me and add my funds as soon as possible.

On the 5th of December 2023, I attempted to make a payment of 11k through the website, using UPI payment. However, to my dismay, my payment was denied without a valid reason provided. But when I checked with the Bank and the Payment gateway partner they're confirming with the proper details that they've processed the payment successfully and I can see the same is getting reflected in my statement. Even after several submissions to the website, they're still denying that I've made the payment.

I have been a loyal customer/user of this service for multiple years, and this denial of payment has caused me inconvenience and frustration. I have verified all the details provided during the payment process and ensured that there were sufficient funds available in my account to complete the transaction.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter to determine the cause of the payment denial. Additionally, I would appreciate a prompt resolution to rectify this issue, as well as an explanation for the denial.

Furthermore, I believe that as a customer, I deserve transparency and clarification regarding the denial of my payment. If there are any steps or procedures that need to be followed on my end to resolve this matter, please provide clear instructions.

If this issue remains unresolved, I may have no choice but to explore alternative methods to fulfill my requirements or escalate this matter further.

I have 45k in rajbet wallet I have placed a withdrawal then I see they rejected my withdrawal and banned my account and asked me for documents. I have uploaded all they ask then they approved documents and says my account banned forever for violating our terms. Then I ask for proof from them they said we don't have how can be a site like this will be fraud.
