Amount not Credited in RajBet

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered with the payment denial on the website. On the 5th of December 2023, I attempted to make a payment of 11k through the website, using UPI payment. However, to my dismay, my payment was denied without a valid reason provided. But when I checked with the Bank and the Payment gateway partner they're confirming with the proper details that they've processed the payment successfully and I can see the same is getting reflected in my statement. Even after several submissions to the website, they're still denying that I've made the payment.

I have been a loyal customer/user of this service for multiple years, and this denial of payment has caused me inconvenience and frustration. I have verified all the details provided during the payment process and ensured that there were sufficient funds available in my account to complete the transaction.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter to determine the cause of the payment denial. Additionally, I would appreciate a prompt resolution to rectify this issue, as well as an explanation for the denial.

Furthermore, I believe that as a customer, I deserve transparency and clarification regarding the denial of my payment. If there are any steps or procedures that need to be followed on my end to resolve this matter, please provide clear instructions.

If this issue remains unresolved, I may have no choice but to explore alternative methods to fulfill my requirements or escalate this matter further.

I trust that you will address this issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

My name is < full name removed >, and I have been a long-time player at Rajbet Casino. I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a deposit issue that occurred on June 11, 2025.


Issue Details:

Account ID: 41794822

Deposit Amount: ₹10,000 INR

Payment Method: Paytm UPI

Transaction Date: June 11, 2025


I made a deposit of ₹10,000 via Paytm UPI on June 11, 2025. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm-linked bank account, and the UPI transaction was marked as successful. According to both Paytm and my bank, the payment was successfully credited to the beneficiary UPI ID provided by Rajbet’s payment system.

However, the amount was not credited to my Rajbet Casino account. I contacted Rajbet’s support team, but they claim that the payment was not received on their end.

I also raised complaints with both Paytm and my bank, and both have confirmed that the money was successfully received by the recipient account. I have a screenshot of the transaction as proof.


Request:

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue. The funds were clearly transferred and received, and the issue appears to be on the casino’s side or their payment processor. I would appreciate your help in ensuring my ₹10,000 is either credited to my account or refunded.

Please let me know if you need any documents, including screenshots or bank statements, to support this complaint.
