Amount not Credited in RajBet
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered with the payment denial on the website. On the 5th of December 2023, I attempted to make a payment of 11k through the website, using UPI payment. However, to my dismay, my payment was denied without a valid reason provided. But when I checked with the Bank and the Payment gateway partner they're confirming with the proper details that they've processed the payment successfully and I can see the same is getting reflected in my statement. Even after several submissions to the website, they're still denying that I've made the payment.
I have been a loyal customer/user of this service for multiple years, and this denial of payment has caused me inconvenience and frustration. I have verified all the details provided during the payment process and ensured that there were sufficient funds available in my account to complete the transaction.
I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter to determine the cause of the payment denial. Additionally, I would appreciate a prompt resolution to rectify this issue, as well as an explanation for the denial.
Furthermore, I believe that as a customer, I deserve transparency and clarification regarding the denial of my payment. If there are any steps or procedures that need to be followed on my end to resolve this matter, please provide clear instructions.
If this issue remains unresolved, I may have no choice but to explore alternative methods to fulfill my requirements or escalate this matter further.
