QueenVegas Casino - Withdrawal Reversed 9 times

So I have been playing QueenVegas for sometime now, did all the verification process a good while ago, had many deposits few wins and my withdrawals have been fine in the past.

About 2 weeks ago now I had a win and have been trying to withdraw it ever since.They keep reversing my withdrawal on their side every time.This was a raw cash deposit, no bonus applied just a fair win.

I have sent them numerous messages asking what's going on and I have only had one single reply asking what my username and email is (when I have to input that before I can submit the message anyway)

Their live chat has been down for 2 weeks with only the option to submit a message but like I said they don't reply.

This is getting really frustrating because they have reversed my withdrawal around 9 times now with no explanation,

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed withdrawal request/s.

The withdrawal amount is £1000

I finally spoke with them today and theyhave told me I need to send documents so I have.

Waiting to hear back.

They have noe verified me and processed the payment, waiting for it to go into the bank. This can now be resolved
