Deposited £25 and played up to around £1200, after wagering requirements were beat this left me with a withdrawable balance of £750.

I had sent a withdrawal of this £750 to my paypal at 20:00pm BST 01/09/2018 - however i am still yet to receive any funds as the withdrawal is pending (with no reason as to why as PayPal is supposed to be instant)

I have tried contacting support but i get a lack luster email asking for my username (despite it being in the original chat)

I Have now tried to log into QV through my desktop to see if i can get ahold of somebody but it wont let me login, however if i try logging into another device, i am able to so it appears they are trying to block me out and refuse my money.

The cash out has been processed yesterday !

The first one will take always longer due to checks !

This issue is now resolved only after i received a called from Sabrina whom was trying to offer me promotions for the day, and then i raised this to her attention (funnily enough it was paid straight after the phone call)

But now i have a further withdrawal of £2000 pending into my paypal (noted on QueenVegas' site as being same day) that hasn't cleared for what would be almost 48 hours.

seeing as this is my second withdrawal into the same payment method i am unsure why there in continuously delays with no updates to myself.
