Delaying $412 Withdrawal, No Responses
Had to open an ask gamblers account just for this a sad day indeed my first complaint about a casino ever.
I have been a player at skill.net casinos for some years now with a variety of deposits and cashouts however trying to get my first cashout from QueenVegas seems very hard with the delay tactics they are playing i feel in recent months that the Casino has changed ownership or something (live chat is NEVER on like others have said).
ALL My documents got accepted very fast actually so i was super delighted and thought nothing off it then the withdraw got cancelled after nearly 2 days stating no reason or anything after me emailing support and them taking well over 24 hours they replied saying the team needed to know where i am even though i provided documents where i live. I do travel to Sweden From the UK a lot as part of my work so sometimes play from there but never been a problem with there other sites as long i provided the documents from where i live in the UK which i have and they accepted.
No reply from support for another 24 hours so just getting super worried it seems the REP for them on ask gamblers seems to get stuff done so its why i have had to come here.
