QueenVegas Casino - Been waiting on my cashout over 3 weeks now

I’ve been playing here for over a half a year now I’ve made a 4K withdrawal before to my bank no problem my account is all verified and now they want me to make a withdrawal with ecopays where I cannot do this option because I’m outside the economic area so they cannot issue me a card or make a withdrawal to it can’t make a deposit I’ve explained this to them and they keep telling me the same problem not sure why but need some help.

The withdrawal is 1300$ was trying to do 1250$ but if I touch it pending withdrawal it’s takes the whole amount out
