Didn't process my withdrawal on time
Top ranking casino Queen Vegas Casino didn't process my withdraw request $600 yet! It has been now 72 hours I am waiting for my payment. Several times I contacted with live support and every time they stated their payment team now being processing my withdrawal. And they also admitted all of my required documents are on their file. But at the end,nothing happened. I saw in AG and several other forums Queen Vegas casino process withdrawal within 1-2 hours. But in my case it has been 72 hours without processing my withdrawal. At first I didn't want to file this complaint and I was much patient and also relied on live chat agent's promises. After 3 days waited it seems they don't care about my withdraw request. Ofcourse I have attached some screenshots about my withdraw request (user id- chomok). I am now very much disappointed about this incident with me and feel strange how come this casino got 10 points out of 10?
