Verification And Withdrawal taking too much time

Hello, So I deposited 10,000 INR on 25th August 2022 using Astropay card details that I purchased from an AstroPay reselle. After that on 26th August I had my winnings in my account and I wanted to withdraw money, so I went ahead and withdrew. After a day they asked me for certain documents, and I provided each of those documents.

In 2-3 days they asked me for my bank statement where I want to withdraw my funds, I shared that too. Today it is almost going to be a week and they haven’t even verified my account, neither they have processed my withdrawal. It’s been 7 days which is more than 170 hours! No bookmaker on this entire planet takes 7 days to verify a few documents and process a withdrawal. The only thing they keep on saying is to wait and they keep on saying that it’ll be done in 48-72 hours but as I mentioned it’s been more than 170 hours now. Please help.
