Planet 7 Casino - Promises after promises, but never payment

I won 2,500 while playing at Planet7 casino back in March 2017. After over a month of wrangling with them because they "did not have the paperwork" that I submitted via email 5 times, they finally acknowledged receipt and approved my payment on May 5, 2017. They instructed that payment by bitcoin was fast (3 business days), but after that time had passed a new agent told me to allow 7-12 business days. I waited the requisite time and asked again, same answer. Finally on June 2, they claim to have "re-escalated" the issue with the payment of $2,100. That was not the amount of the withdrawal. Even if they are deducting the bonus, they should not deduct 2 bonuses (I played down to zero, redeposited with a new bonus.) There is no way they should count every bonus they have given a player against the funds. Regardless, my REAL issue is that for all this talk about escalating and re-escalating and "now you are on the payment list," payment never comes. In 2017 it ought not be that difficult to transfer bitcoin as payment when you've already approved the payment. I am starting to think Planet7 is actually just a scam where they wear you down until you give up. I am NOT giving up until the withdrawal that has been approved is paid to me. This is unconscionable the way they handle their business.

I was finally paid 2100 dollars. There was no reason to charge two bonuses to me as I had spent the funds and re deposited. This company scams every dollar they can. If the best you can say is that you'll eventually get paid, that doesn't inspire much confidence. Thank you askgamblers. For months I waited and only after I submitted a complaint to AG did I finally get paid. They make the deposit process so seemless and quick. They make withdrawals so difficult they try to wear you down and hope you'll give up. Horrible customer service. No reason to ever play here when so many casinos pay quickly.
