I have been waiting a long time for my withdrawal. At first, it was my fault as I didn't notice I had to send forms in. Originally an agent told me to send it to payments and I waited and waited and read up that you had to send it to docume­nts­@ro­yal­ace­cas­ino.com. My letters were approved and the withdrawal was pending and approved on May, 7th. It is now the 14th and no word from the casino and the live chat has sent me a note when I sign in that it is only for 'depositing' players. When I get my money deposited I planned on playing some of it. I just want my winnings, I've been waiting a long time considering i waited a week until I found out they had me send my paperwork to the wrong department. I have the sent email and date if you need it. I wish I'd saved chat logs but I didn't. I do have a reference number. # 1381803. I just want to know when my money will be deposited into my bitcoin account since live chat has said I can't use it and the phone it's impossible to get an agent. Thank you.
