Withdrawal processor


I withdrew £550 from this casino on the 16th November it was first decline but is saying sending to processor ever since. I have never had this problem before. I have never had any bonuses and my account is verified. The casino still lets me deposit. I’ve tried emailing them and speaking on live chat but no response from either. I played fair and square only betting 50p per spin and I’ve never broken and of the terms and conditions.

I do feel I should at least have the respect as a customer to get an answer from Plaza Royal as to what’s going on and not be block from any contact it’s ridiculous
