I have 8k nzd to withdrawl the withdrawl is capped at 1k per time.

Support says it should be done within 3 days.

First withdrawl of $500 21/02/26 not done

2nd withdrawl of $500 21/02/26 not done

3rd withdrawl of $1000 22/02/26 not done.

Cant withdrawl anymore into the queue until this is done.

Customer support says no verification is required.

Withdrawl method says Visa card as the deposit.

Haven't received anything since I joined Playzilla for the first time. I'm withdrawing

They have also capped my sportsbook at a max bet of $2, which means i cant play sports betting

I have been trying to make a withdrawal from Playzilla casino. I did not have a bonus active. I tried making my first withdrawal since November 26th 2025. Playzilla states that withdrawals take up to 3-5 days, which I respected fully and waited a total of 9 days and the payment was still stuck under processing by their "financial department". After 9 days of waiting I reached out to their support about the withdrawal and they responded saying they cannot do anything about it since they are not the financial department. After this I tried other methods of withdrawing (first was to my credit card, the same I used to deposit), then I tried revolut and lastly an etherium withdrawal but to no luck, it's still being "processed" and is waitingfor their approval.

The ammount im trying to withdraw is 60eur.

I am a player from Germany and made multiple deposits on PlayZilla Casino in October 2025.

I requested a withdrawal of €500, which was initially confirmed but later cancelled without explanation.

Since then, I have been unable to reach support – the live chat shows "Zendesk is not available".

Details of the issue:

- The website frequently changes domains: playzilla.com → playzilla236410.com → playzilla10.com.

- For a simple phone number update, I was asked to provide a selfie with my ID.

I have not received the €500. I have reported the issue to my bank and Mastercard. Attached are screenshots of my account, emails, and confirmation messages.

I request that AskGamblers mediate this case to help resolve the withdrawal issue. I also want to alert other players to potential risks when dealing with this operator.

I have a serious concern regarding my withdrawal request. I have been playing on your platform for 4 years and never experienced such a problem before. Normally, my payouts were always processed within 3–4 days at the latest.

This time, however, I have been waiting for 10 days already. Each time I contact support, I only get the same response – that I should be patient because there are many withdrawals at the moment. But when I ask how much longer I need to wait, I do not receive a clear answer, as I am told it does not depend on us.

I have 3 pending withdrawals (€1,500) with playzilla, the first made on 24 Aug.

My attempts to contact the support via chat end up with same response “we apologize for the inconvenience and are making every effort to resolve your issue, etc etc”.

I had this issue with them in the past for a much greater amount which I ended up wagering and losing. To avoid my data being wiped, I attach screenshots of my account as well as the pending requests since 24 Aug. My balance history was cleared and I can’t see any movements in history; however, the pending withdrawals are still there and show pending.

Please help me resolve this problem and get my money back. Thank you.

Hello my withdrawal was cancelled 3 times already. I try to contact them but they say all the time this same copy and paste some issues problems, but I know and I saw on internet and lot of people have this problem. It feels like they never gonna make my withdrawal on my account, is around 2800euro. I try already another withdrawal but they cancelled this again.

I deposited money maybe a month back. I won maybe 1.5k or 2K on their sportsbook, UFC bets. They quickly limited me as sportsbook often does. However, when I went for a withdrawal, that's when issues started. I have tried 2-3 times a week talking to customer live chat, which have referred me to an email address. So far 5 weeks have passed and my 2.4K is still locked up in the account without being able to withdraw the money. I thought I would let them resolve whatever it was, but after 5 weeks, I'm pretty confident they don't have any motivation to give me my money. 2.4K its a pretty hefty sum for you to steal from someone, I'm a little bit in shock tbh. In total I spent in this casino last month over 1000 euros, last week I did make my first withdrawal, the amount is 175 Euros, that was last Thursday.

Yesterday (Tuesday) evening , after I saw my payment is still pending and i still could cancel it, I did ask in the chat about it and they said to me it will be proceeded soon and their is no problem with the request. I also didn't even use a bonus.

Well okay, today I asked again and their answer was the same.

Now, nearly after a week is over I logged in my account saw that they just canceled my withdrawal request for no reason. The money is now again in my balance. Sorry, but this has supposed to be a bad joke.

I have no clue what that is about but now I have to wait again a week and then they will cancel it again or how does that work?

So it seems to me they don't want to pay out my money for whatever reason. I would be glad if someone would be able to could help to me to get my money. Thanks.
