Payment late for 10 days

I have a serious concern regarding my withdrawal request. I have been playing on your platform for 4 years and never experienced such a problem before. Normally, my payouts were always processed within 3–4 days at the latest.

This time, however, I have been waiting for 10 days already. Each time I contact support, I only get the same response – that I should be patient because there are many withdrawals at the moment. But when I ask how much longer I need to wait, I do not receive a clear answer, as I am told it does not depend on us.

I kindly ask you to clarify why this delay is happening and confirm whether I will receive my payment by the end of this week. Waiting 10 days is already far too long, and I expect a clear response and solution.
