Delayed £54 payment
Hi there i made a withdrawal on the 5th February with playluck for £54 to my paypal account, I usually receive funds pretty quickly within a few hours max, this time i never, as it was a Friday i left it till after the weekend . I checked my playluck account the following week and it was still saying "sending to processor" I spoke to live chat who said it was a problem with their processing bank and i will be kept updated. So nearly 2 weeks later i received an email on the 16th of February saying the £54 had been sent to my paypal account. When i checked paypal no funds had been sent. I spoke to live chat today 19th February who said they have approved my withdrawal and paypal are blocking it, so i contacted paypal who told me no funds have been sent to my account and my account is in working order, so i went back to playluck via live chat with this information who told me they cant help me with this matter as they are experiencing a fault. Can you help please ?
