Took my deposit and closed my account


i sighned up in april with planet 7 and asked prior to depositing/ joining if being another account by a person in my household was banned would that have any affect on me.I was told absolutely not by a representative jasper.I have proof of all chats.I then proceed to deposit $100 and play as im playing i begin to win i was up to 600 and some $ i had just got the feature spin on cash bandits and my account was locked.I contacted chat to see if maybe there was a glitch in system and was then told i could not log in and play until i provided documents and proof of who i was.I immediatly emailed everything and was told i would then be able to get back into account.I have left numerous emails and not one has been returned.I have done what they asked and really at this point i just want what is owed to me.they took my money and literally just shut me down for no reason i did nothing wrong.i can provide all chats stating what i needed to do to regain entry to get back into my account.Again every document id ect bill bank card ect was sent more than once.To not even have anyone respond or answer my calls is very upsetting.I do not have $100 to give away and it seems that is exactly what ive done.I am asking that my winnings be paid in check form as this is nothing short of a very shady way to do buisness.I hope to get what im owed.thank you

Tawni there was never ever a decline and ive offered bank statements to prove this and also asked that planet 7 provide the same proof. I can prove and back up what im stating and reguardless i asked and went over everything before joining and its in the screenshots i provided. It is not my fault that they aporoved my account and told me ok to deposit. Unfair to hold against me another account closed. I asked in my chat that i sent you and clearly was stated it was ok. My bank immediately alerts me when any and all transactions are made immediately. I again will provide the proof and again i would like planet 7 to show declined payment. Im sure this will resolve the issue. Im not understanding why you dont wish to see the proof? I will get bank statements and provide and look forward to seeing planet 7 proof. This is beyond untruthful and as per chats that in itself shows i was playing hours b4 they cut me off. If your bank declines payment due to non sufficient funds or any other reason it does not allow a purchase. It comes up declined immediately. This is a fact with my bank. I sadly believe that planet 7 is doing anything to get out of paying. However i dont throw $100 away and then walk away knowing they have that $100 plus winnings. I will provide my proof from bank. Please have planet 7 do the same. I will be going to the bank today to explain this to them and get what i need to prove this transaction was processed.
I hope planet 7 will also prove there declined payment.
Its very simple to provide proof and to resolve this.
Unfortunately i dont see planet 7 being able to produce it as it never happened.

Unfortunately, your theory does not hold true...

It takes a bit of time for our system to catch certain identifiers. It wouldn't have mattered if you were down $99 or up $10000. Your account would have been closed, regardless.

As I stated previously, had we received the deposit from you, it would have been refunded. Your bank declined the deposit, so there is nothing to refund...and nothing further to discuss.
