Delayed payment


I have 4 approved withdrawals, the first which was approved back on July 4th, 2017. I am a confirmed player, all docs in order and I have provided my Bitcoin address as asked. The withdrawal amounts are 2400, 2500, 1000, 1000 totalling $6,900 USD. I have kept detailed records, and screenshots of all chat logs. I was told this was escalated weeks ago and sent to their processor, before that I was told their Bitcoin was having "issues", just excuse after excuse which is very frustrating for me as I have spent a lot of money with them and bit a loyal player. Last year I went through a very long delay trying to get paid, and here I am again now..this is absolutely ridiculous. Please send my payment by Bitcoin, I am a caregiver for a very sick mother and have a lot of bills and this is causing a lot of stress. These winnings were won with NO BONUS whatsoever, all approved, all in order. Can you please send my payments to me in full. Thank you. < name removed >

While we totally understand player's frustration regarding the whole situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to remind player that the casino management as well as the relevant payment processor used for processing their transactions can not be hold responsible for the fluctuations of the crypto-currency involved into the dispute.

You guys did not send me the correct amount, I have been shorted nearly $300 usd. You can play games all you want..it does not change the facts. How greedy and unethical are you guys?

This is unbelievable, I am going to seriously devote a lot of time and attention to this matter and will share it all across the internet and any/all gambling forums. You have not paid me in full - you broke all your own rules and policies and as a result of your poor business practices now I have been shorted $273.62 the least you could do is send the remainder that is due considering all the stress caused and time you have wasted.

Please send me the $273.62 that was not received, I posted screenshots of what I was sent. You sent payments once exchange rates changed, that cannot be a burden or loss I can afford. Please do the right thing, please stop mistreating and defrauding your loyal customers like myself.

Whether we had sent the money earlier, or later, this is not at issue. We paid what you were due at the correct exchange rates. I have sent the confirmations to AskGamblers to confirm.

If you sent you payments as promised I would not be short nearly $300 due to YOUR breakdown of process and lack of ethics and payout problems. You owe me the money, send what is due.
