After faxing required documents once and emailing documents 3 times. I still do not have my withdrawal money yet. Its been two months now. There is an excuse everytime I call them. Either they didn't receive via fax or the image I send is not viewable, or it is too blurry. I told them my next step would be attorney general, but I figured I would try this one last step.
