I have 2 withdrawals I have been waiting on since January 1st that did not get approved until January 22nd. One was for $1357.00 minus coupon = $1279.00 and the other was for $800.00 which I did not use a coupon on and they still took $83.00 out of that one for no reason! So it says $717.00 was approved on January 22nd. And I don't know why they robbed me of $83.00. Please help! Players deserve being paid what is due to them in a timely manor! They told me on the phone that they can only pay out so much a month! What?

I'm very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this, but you'll be happy to know that your payment was sent off to our processor, Friday: 02/23 Paid $1996 for transaction #93733193 ($1279) / 93733195 ($717). I would expect that your tracking will come through before the end of this week--once I see this, I'll be sure to update you.

I do want to take issue with part of your complaint: You've made an assertion that we've 'robbed' you of $83 and you 'did not use a coupon.' This is absolutely false. I have forwarded to you, as well as AskGamblers, a full reconciliation of your account. With EVERY deposit you've made, you've ALWAYS used a coupon. With this in mind, we certainly have not 'robbed' you of anything.

Sorry I thought that I hadn't used a coupon? I'm 73 and my memory is not always the best anymore. I do wish we could receive our withdrawals without having to come here though :(
But I was so sure that chat told me at that time that I couldn't use a coupon because I was winning without one?? My mistake!
