Delayed payment of $600


I submitted a withdrawal for $600 bitcoin from Planet 7 on 7/13 and it was approved on 7/18. With the Bitcoin fork I was understanding of a slight delay but we are at nearly a month. I have chatted several times and they say it was escalated.

Also, since I had my withdrawal escalated, for some reason Planet 7 deactivated all bonus codes from being used on my account. Seems wrong to punish players for withdrawing their own money.

I have received my payout.

I was also told by customer service that my "account status has changed" and as a result I will no longer be able to use bonus codes. Lesson learned, don't cash out too much.
