Would Like The Money I Won


Hi. I have been waiting for my withdrawal from planet7 since April of 2019... I went through the process and thought I was going to get my money back. However, months went by and later on I saw that the amount I won no longer showed up to withdraw. So I thought again maybe that meant it was on it's way... I contacted them and they said they didn't see anything about a withdrawal. So, I decided not to worry about it. However, on Jan 22 of this year, I got a call from planet 7 telling me about the money I won and asked if I wanted to withdraw or play it. I told him withdraw and he told me to go to their website in order to do so. I explained to him that last time I checked it wasn't on there and he said that, that was because they were having problems with withdrawals and that it been back on there since October 2019. So, I requested a withdrawal of $500 check because last time I requested for wire and nothing came through... After that I have been going back and forth with them trying to figure out how I can get the money they told me I won. I have a few chat transcripts after I realized that they obviously didn't want to give me the money .... Here it is..
