Withdrawal still not received since June 7th

I've submitted my withdrawal request on June 7th and I've still haven't received my bitcoin withdrawal, they have canceled it 3 times because they said that I did not send customer service my bitcoin address for verification, instead of messaging me or notifying me that that needed to be done they canceled the request to make me go through the process all over again. In their terms there is nothing that states that after I submit a request, I must then contact customer service to verify my bitcoin address. This seems like a tactic that is being used to delay my winnings payout. I've attached my conversation with customer support.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount, this is because the coupon you've used had a maximum withdrawal amount of $100.
