Dear all,
As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
Dear @ashlgh993,
The AskGamblers Complaint Team is kindly asking you to update your complaint in a timely manner and confirm if you consider the issue resolved. Please note that, in case you fail to respond within the given timeframe we will consider your case resolved and it will be closed accordingly.
Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which you accepted upon registering and using our complaint system, you are obliged to provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation during the process and providing updates in a timely manner is a must.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
I apologize for not getting to your complaint sooner.
I've checked on your account and there are a couple issues with this...
First, the funds you've built your withdrawal with came from Weekly Insurance deposit ($30). The Weekly Insurance deposit comes with a 30x playthrough ($900), which you've only wagered $252.40. In order to have a successful withdrawal, you will need to wager another $647.60.
Also, the Weekly Insurance deposit has a 1x max cash-out. Because we have a minimum $100 withdrawal amount, this would be the most you would be able to withdraw.
The funds were placed back into your account for you to continue wagering. Hopefully, you'll be able to meet the playthrough and request the $100 withdrawal.
All the best,
Tawni
