Withdrawal request left without any action

Withdrawal requested $1100.00
On 11/29 I requested a withdrawal, complete with all documentation. Received an email that a casino rep. would contact me within 5 business days. This never happened. On 12/14 I asked for status, no response. On 12/16 I asked again for help and received the same email I got on 11/29 stating a rep. would contact me within 5 days. Never happened. On 12/29 asked for help. No response.
Can these people respond and expedite withdrawal or let me know if there is an issue?
