Withdrawal Request Delay, Lied To About Timing


Hello,

I submitted a Withdrawal request at Planet 7 Casino on 12/14/2018 for $2000.00. It was approved via Email and then it disappeared on Planet 7 Casino website on 12/19/2018. I had to re-initiate the request on the Planet 7 (see Attachment 1). I then noticed that the withdrawal request disappeared, but it had been approved on 01/05/2019 (see Attachment 2). I initiated a chat with Planet 7 Casino about the withdrawal and was told that it would arrive no later than Friday, January 11, 2019 (see Attachment 3). Good to go right? Well.. I checked back in at Planet 7 Casino about the withdrawal that Friday, January 11, 2019 and was told that it would actually be 7-10 business days from the date of the approval (see Attachment 4), 01/05/2019, so 01/18/2019 at the latest. I was patient with Planet 7 Casino and waited, which leads to me to today. I initiated a chat with Planet 7 Casino Withdrawal Support and then was told at first another 7-10 business days, and then told to wait until next Wednesday as they marked it as 'urgent'. Multiple times I have been told by Planet 7 Casino Withdrawal Support that they were 'escalating' my case and prioritizing it, but I am realizing more and more that this is a way to push off the withdrawal itself. I have been extremely patient with Planet 7 Casino, but they are starting to lie outright in their live chat in regards to payout times. Planet 7 Casino Withdrawal, What is the deal? I was approved, why won't you pay withdrawals but you easily accept deposits?

Also why is ~$90 going to a manager? They said it's from a bonus, despite making only a ~$30 deposit, but just another reason I am having a hard time trusting Planet 7 Casino.

The slot speed issue has nothing to do with you...or our casinos. This is something that occurred following a software update with RTG and all casinos (ours and others) have been affected by this.

Just to update, we have also completed your most recent withdrawal (which occurred after you lodged your complaint): 2/6 Paid $2033 (0.59566175) + no Fees Bitcoin transaction #123887332.

Planet 7 has paid the withdrawal.

I must note something for any player who is reading this for your safety that strikes me as very odd. Since winning the first time my 'bonus' options shifted to a 200% bonus only with 1000x rollover, so 30$ deposit would be about $3000 playthrough. I made it through the first one. Ironically after this second withdrawal though, they shifted my slot speeds, as in it used to play slow and now it's much faster. I tried contacting support over a few days about this issue and I am constantly getting 'we are escalating the issue' or simply support representatives leaving chat unexpectedly.

This has set my radar off as since it changed I have gone out at least 15 deposits. Not saying that the slot speeds shift the legitimacy of the casino, just to make anyone aware if they are having a similar experience.

Hi @AskGamblers and Planet 7. I see that Planet 7 mentioned they would pay the withdrawal on February 5th. It is still in pending status as of now.
