Withdrawal problem

Its been a month since I requested a withdrawal of $800.00 us dollars I have done the verification over and over again talked to the staff numerous times to be told to do verification again and again ive followed all rules.. They haven't sent any emails about my withdrawal but can send numerous emails to want me to deposit more money I've waited patiently before filing a complaint please help

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Planet 7 Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions. In addition, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

Thats not accurate I'm providing my proof right here just don't want to pay I sent it 8 times and been doing this since October funny I only have one account my friends have one from my phone but they wont be playing anymore either I'm providing my proof right here and i don't appreciate being called liar do I get all the money I deposited back? I'm sure im not the only one you done this to doesn't even deserve a star i have more proof iif u need it and you don't have to be rude we are adults here thanks askgamblers

There is so much to go over with this...

The reason for the difficulty is that you were not supplying what was required--you can say you did, but I have all of the emails. No matter how hard I tried to get you to send a signed authorization form, you simply could not produce one.

At this point, however, the issue is moot, as it was discovered that you had opened ELEVEN accounts with the casino. This goes against our casino's terms and conditions:

General Terms & Conditions for Membership

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

Your winnings have been voided and your deposit has been sent for refund. Please know that refunds can take up to a few months to be received, due to third party processing.

I'll be sending the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof what I've stated is accurate.
