Withdrawal not approved


I have request a withdrawl #11642726 in the amount of $2,300 on 10/28/19 in it still says pending
I’ve talked & chatted with customer service also emailed no response from email and all I get from the phone call and online chat is wil be forwarded to the Finance team
It’s been 2 Weeks plus now this is against the withdrawl policy
Also identification account verification was approved on the 30th 10/19

Please make sure to update your ongoing complaint and inform AskGamblers Complaints Team whether you have canceled your withdrawal and played off your funds? Please be in aware that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Rejected upon player's inactivity and it will be closed accordingly.

I'd like to offer my sincerest apologies for not responding sooner to this. I'm not certain what happened, but your complaint dropped off my list.

I've checked back on your account and I do see you've played your funds down (there is currently only $36.96 on your balance)--there is currently no withdrawal to be approved or paid.

This complaint has been reopened as per Planet 7 Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
