Withdrawal issue


On Sept. 4th 2019 I deposited $50.00 with a 300% match bonus code and I met my play through for the bonus and the casino offered an express withdrawal of $750.00. I submitted everything for verification to receive the withdrawal and Planet 7 casino finally verified the documents on Dec. 4, 2019. Then the casino found a problem with the initial deposit and are refusing to pay out the $750.00. I provided the bank statement showing the payment of $50.00 to the casino they are claiming that they didn’t receive the payment. I contacted my bank and got the phone number to the company that received the $50.00 payment that was applied to Planet 7 casino. The company said that they are an online entertainment service and could only provide the merchant I.D. Number. The service told me that they would alert the merchant that the payment was made too.

I don't know how many ways I can say this, but the charge on your statement has nothing to do with our casinos.

As far as why were you given the deposit to play to begin with, this is because we do a 'pre-authorization.' This is a common practice for all US-facing casinos (not just ours). Your card was ok with the pre-authorization, but when the transaction was run, it was denied. I have no idea why your bank declined this, but it was declined.

Again, I'm very sorry, but the charge did not come from us...we did not receive any funds, so there are no funds for us to return to you.
