Withdrawal finally approved but now having issues with payment method
My withdrawal of $2500 was finally approved, 7 business days after their stated timeframe. I was told to email my bank name, my name, name on ID, phone, email, currency, and whether my bank accepts international checks. I sent the email to the required email address and told them the info provided was for the check for my withdrawal. They replied and said they could not accept wire details for my bank. I replied letting them know it was for a check not a wire and have not received a response, 24 hours later. I asked an agent on their online chat and they said it is a non-acceptable bank. I don’t understand why it is non-acceptable if all depositing banks just receive the check and process for payment. My bank does accept international checks so this is a Planet 7 decision. Their terms and conditions do not mention any bank restrictions. All it says is that checks must be deposited into a financial institution and must be deposited into your bank account not cashed. I have read other comments where players were told or suggested to accept withdrawal in bitcoin. It feels like I am being forced to accept bitcoin or lose my money. I shouldn’t be forced to go open a new bank account somewhere else when the terms and conditions don’t warn us that this may occur. I would like the casino to find an acceptable resolution that does not involve me opening a new bank account or accepting bitcoin.
