Withdrawal escalated for 2 months


I submitted my withdrawal request 6/21/21 for $2000. I requested bitcoin pay because it seemed faster and more efficient. I received my first notification 7/1/21 that my withdrawal would be processed upon approval. I waited another 3 weeks and proceeded to contact them regarding my withdrawal. Talking to the live agent they told me they would mark my account and escalate the process. Still nothing. I've talked to live chat at least twice a week since the middle of July inquiring about my withdrawal. I've also called the support plus line twice and each time its the same answer...we will escalate your withdrawal, please be patient. This is ridiculous!! They even sent me an email stating I needed another form of ID since mine would expire in October!! That doesn't even make sense, it is still valid. So I went to the DMV and renewed my license early. I've sent all the required documentation. Why won't they pay me??
