I started to play at this casino in early October 2021. I made my first request for $2500 and I put in the request for a withdrawal and put in my information they were asking for the wire transfer which is the following

After putting in this information and filling it out correctly with information. I got it from my bank. I submitted the request. I waited about 7 days later and got a denied request. I chatted with the customer service team to see what I am doing wrong. So I can submit the information correctly. They stated ' I do apologize for the inconvenience, but it was not approved yet on your account. Kindly resubmit your withdrawal request and please contact us after 24 hrs so that we can check if it's already posted on your account. If not, we will request a follow-up to our relevant team for an immediate update'. I put in another request on Nov. 05, 11:43 pm for withdrawal. Today Nov. 11. 3:36pm I look at my reactions and noticed they denied my withdrawal at Nov. 05, 11:43 pm : Transaction denied. I chatted with customer service and received the same information 'I do apologize for the inconvenience, but it was not approved yet on your account. Kindly resubmit your withdrawal request and please contact us after 24 hrs so that we can check if it's already posted on your account. If not, we will request a follow-up to our relevant team for an immediate update'. I do not know what else to do. The company is not giving me any more information other then they are not receiving my payout information but I have to submit the wire transfer information( payout information) to submit a request for withdrawal. Please help me receiving my winning for the casino.
