Withdrawal approved but getting run around
Ugh, I've read enough from people here to realize how terrible Planet 7 is when it comes to paying out withdrawals. I made a withdrawal request on 7/31/19 for $2,500. After a lengthy verification process, the withdrawal was approved on 8/9/19 and I was told via text by a Planet 7 customer service rep that, "After a withdrawal is approved, we send the funds within the following 7-10 business days. "
I requested a bitcoin deposit and sent the information they needed to process a bitcoin payment (username, casino name, and bitcoin crypto address) not once, but twice-- on Aug. 9th and Aug. 19th-- to this email, payments@casinosupportcenter.com. I also included a selfie picture with a local newspaper with date clearly shown as instructed.
I never received a reply and based on the people who've submitted here, i'm worried i too am getting the run around (need more info that I provided previously, your cashout is coming soon, etc.
I'd like to give Planet 7 the benefit of the doubt, but when they can't honor their own rules for withdrawals, it leaves my less than confident about their whole operation. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.
