Withdraw not paid nearly a month gone
For what ever reason my first complaint was rejected so im making a new one. I won 330 dollars on the 5th of december, and im still waiting of pay out.
Firstly when i made the withdraw request i was told it would be express withdrawal, and in order to use this service i had to send my account details, and proof of ID etc, these were all sent on the 5th and 9th respectively.
Then 10 days passed and still no funds, so i contacted live support, i have screen shots of every conversation ive had with them, they said it would be approved on the 19th, yes on the 19th the withdrawal was approved, but still no money in my account.
In the mean time i had emailed manager@planet7casino.com without a reply, i thought as it was the holidays i would give them the benifit of the doubt and wait, so i have tried again with live support again, and they have asked me to send all my bank details yet again, (3rd time ive supplied my account details now) by email, to To: payments@casinosupportcenter.com and i also cc manager@planet7casino.com in to the email. I also asked if they could please reply to let me know they have recieved my email, but still no reply.
I will try live support again tomorrow to make sure they have recieved everything, im very disappointed withthis casino as i did enjoy the platform until this happened. its now been nearly a month since my withdrawal request, i can provide all email and sreen shot evidence if need be.
