Wire transfer not received
I won at Planet Casino in March, that was a nightmare, took a month to get my funds. I just won on June 1st and today is June 25th, still do not have my money. I have spoken to several customer service agents that give me different dates, reasons for the delay in payment. its a wire transfer and any one who has common sense knows it takes about the latest 24 hours to get in to your account.
yesterday June 24th, an agent said it would be in my account, in the next hour. Probably to stop me from contacting them all day.Today a rude manager said it would be there Friday the 27th, and couldn't tell me why
Their policy is 5 to 10 business days. i think they are targeting me for complaining and wanting my money rightfully so.
the agents lie and you are not sure who you are talking to. i feel they just want your money and dont care and dont expect you to win. i have chat conversations copied to my email. please advise where to send them. they entail different payment dates promised and their policy of 5 to 10 business days for payment. i just want my money.
