Wire transfer denied every time


I have made several attempts to make a winnings withdrawal from Planet 7 Casino to no avail. I sent all of the documentation according to their terms and conditions, have met each and every one of them including state ID, credit/debit cards used to make deposits, utility bills, proof of address, etc. First I started with a check request and after several attempts at that i decided to try a wire transfer even though that entails many fees and charges. That has been met with similar excuses not to pay out. I sent this email once I opened the Bank of America account specifically to receive a wire transfer from them:

Bank of America assured me they could handle and would accept a wire transfer from Planet 7 Casino ( I explained it was winnings from an online casino located in Costa Rica) and there was no such restriction on my checking account that would cause an issue especially a liability that would cause risk to the sender or me.

Should you require more information regarding this matter from me please do not hesitate to contact me. The total amount of the withdrawal is 4630.00 made in increments of 2500.00 and 2130.00.

I have received a response from Planet 7 through a private message. I have responded with the requested information in order to receive my payout. After submission I did receive a reply that stated my withdrawal information would be forwarded to a manager who is expected to make payment. Thus far I have been met with nothing but false promises.
