Why were my Bitcoin withdrawals declined

Hi

My last four Bitcoin withdrawals over the past few months were denied.

When I checked in my profile I saw my ID had expired so I emailed a new ID photo to documents@planet7casino.com around a month ago. But my next Bitcoin withdrawal was also denied so I sent another chase up email to documents around two weeks ago.
I got no response to this email and my next Bitcoin withdrawal was denied again yesterday.

I would like Askgamblers help to get paid the $3775 in my account balance.

Dear all,

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

Hi

I have been paid everything now, thank you. :)
What do I do now to close this? Should I log out from Askgamblers?

Many thanks

Dear all,

Kindly note that the AskGamblers Complaint Team has just extended the response timeframe for another 96 hours in the hope that Planet 7 Casino management will soon provide an update regarding this complaint.

Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

Hi Suparat--

I'm so sorry--I'm not sure what has happened here, as I thought everything had been sorted already.

I will check on this first thing in the morning as a priority and I will get back to you.

Again, my sincerest apologies,

Tawni
