Where is the money I won

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my payout. I have one withdrawal to my bitcoin account for 1000 and another wire transfer for 2300. Every time I talk to customer service they say my account has been verified completely and I should see my payout in 3 days.

I have double checked and made sure I have completed all rules for the playthrough and have sent in all documents that was asked of me and they have all been verified.

I am tired of getting the runaround with this casino. I played real money and I won fair and square I deserve to be paid.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Planet 7 Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

What you were told is 100% accurate.

The reason your account has been blocked is because our Fraud Team has found multiple accounts (at least half a dozen) in your name. You've used inconsistent personal information in doing this, but all roads lead straight to you. All this goes against our terms and conditions:

General Terms & Conditions for Membership

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

Your winnings have been voided and your deposits have been sent for refund. Please know that refunds can take up to a few months to be received, due to third party processing.

I'll be sending the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof what I've stated is accurate.

No Tawny this issue has not been resolved. I tried to light on yesterday to check the status of my withdrawal only to be told that my account is closed and will not be reversed.

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I've been reviewing your account and there is a note which needs a bit more clarification. As I don't want to give you any erroneous information, I'll need to speak with our Payments Manager. Once I have an answer, I'll be back with a better update.
