I am level 3 VIP,I requested a withdrawal on Aug. 2. It was finally approved on Aug.14. So I checked to see status of payment today and was told it wasn't even sent to processor yet. I don't win that often,as a matter of fact I will never be able to reclaim the 1000s I have spent on this casino. I follow the rules never to violate casino policy and always check with chat to make sure. Always seem to have to file a complaint to get things going. I wish the casino would follow there T&Cs. All my paperwork is up to date and always prefer wire transfer. I am literally sick and tired from treatments I have gone through and don't have the energy for the back and forth communications it takes to get things going. On the bright side,the chat personal are always kind and helpful,I have received phone calls from a VIP rep to see how I am doing and seems concerned with my health issues, She is very kind. Don't get me wrong I really enjoy all the games I play here but the payment process just takes way to long. Thank you for your time and help with this issue.Total owed is $1403 that's after the bonus removal. Have a great day!

I've checked on your account and I do see your withdrawal was sent off to our processor, Saturday: 09/01 Paid $1304 for transaction #108819349. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this week. ;-)

Sorry for the delay in my reply,I have had a couple of bad days due to my health issues. I will reply asap when funds arrive. Thank you Tawni for your help,if no one has said to you today your help is much appreciated by all you have given a voice. Your hard work goes above and beyond the call of duty you are assigned. You are an angel in dealing with all the crisis due to the complications of getting our winnings.
