Waiting for payments totaling almost $16,000


I am considered a VIP player at Planet 7 Casino and it's disappointing to have to file a complaint. I need assistance with receiving my winnings. I have two issues with this casino. Back on Jan 11, I won $4750 and withdrew in two increments, the first being $2500 and the second being $2250. On the first withdrawal, the casino kept $500 in addition to keeping the bonus amount, so my approved amount was $1854. I have tried and tried to get to the bottom of this and keep being referred back and forth between payments and customer support. No one seems to be able to tell me where and why this $500 was kept as a Manager withdrawal. I would like assistance with this, please. The second withdrawal ($2250) was processed and paid completely.

I have continuously played at Planet 7 for the past 4 months and using bonus codes. I understand the process of bonuses. I have won a considerable amount and have two approved withdrawals waiting for payment and I have 5 pending withdrawals waiting for approval. On Feb 27, I won and withdrew (in two increments) $2200 and $2100. The first amount was paid on March 29. I am still waiting on the second $2100 approved on March 21. Supposedly, this one has been sent to the processor. On March 13, I made my withdrawals of $2115 and $2100. The $2115 was approved on March 27. This is the last approved withdrawal, though I have 5 more pending, some of which should have been approved by now. All of this should be moving faster than it is, according to casino rules/time frames. The total amount of pending approvals and approved withdrawals (not paid yet) is: $15940 before fees and bonus removal. I have updated all of my documentation and bank wire information as I was told this would escalate my payout. I'm all set to receive my winnings and have kept my account up-to-date. I would like to be paid as soon as possible!

I've checked the processor detail and I see the wire from the 12th was confirmed as completed on the 26th. I would expect by now that the funds have landed in your account. Can you please confirm?
