Waiting again for approval and payout
On September 7 I put in for a withdrawal in the amount of 2001.00. Knowing that my verification info had expired at the end of August, I immediately updated my ID verification and sent a new utility bill to the their document department via email so as not to hold up the already tedious process. On September 19 after 8 business days they reverse the withdrawal siting missing info. Spoke to Sergio on this day and he states they never got the emails, although they are in my sent mail. As usual they ask me to send again which of course I do. Also found a Hooyu request in my junk mail. When I tried to comply with it I found out it had already expired and I was unable to complete. Spoke to Sergio about this and and a Hooyu request was sent again. This time I did complete it and submitted it. Wait again...on October 8 spoke to Connie (01:53:27) this is part of the transcript
